Courses

Professional development you can actually use Monday morning

Self-paced courses for front-line employment services staff — built for the realities of caseload work in Southern Ontario. Read one module at a time, try it with your next two or three clients, and see what shifts in your practice.

How these courses work

One module at a time

Don't binge it. Each module is a 10–20 minute read. Try what you've learned with your next two or three clients, notice what changes, then come back for the next module a few days later.

Reference where it counts

The longest sections (entry-level fields, industry-specific guidance) are designed as reference — scan to the bit that fits the client in front of you. No need to read every page.

Sourced & verifiable

Every regulator, certification, statistic, and program detail is cited. A references appendix with APA-style entries lives at the end of each course so you can dig deeper or check currency.

Building Capacity. Amplifying Success.
