Are you or a job seeker you support unsure about their physical or cognitive abilities? Would you like more information on these factors to ensure the job seeker's path to employment is a good fit? Our Occupational Therapist can complete Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and cognitive assessments to provide you with more information — as well as consultations to assist job seekers in managing injury/illness symptoms, discuss accommodations, and more!

Career Exploration

Working with a job seeker who isn't sure what direction to take? Employment service professionals are invited to request a consultation with our Career Services Consultant, Shannon McCracken. Together you can talk through where the job seeker is at and decide which career exploration assessment would be the most useful next step.

Two assessments are available through The Hub @PATH, and both help job seekers gain insight into their interests, strengths, and potential career pathways.

Jackson Career Explorer (JCE)

The Jackson Career Explorer is a comprehensive assessment that helps job seekers identify occupations aligned with their interests, skills, work values, and personality traits. With personalized career matches and detailed occupational information, the JCE supports informed career planning and decision-making.

Ashland Interest Assessment

The Ashland Interest Assessment helps job seekers explore career options by identifying their strongest vocational interests. Based on established career interest themes, it provides practical insights into occupations and work environments that may be a good fit, making it a valuable tool for career exploration and employment planning.

Our weekly drop-ins are running every Wednesday through to August 26 — group case conferencing across the Fedcap Network. There is still plenty of summer left, so jump in any week that works for you.
